Klout API Developers Guide
Updated December 4th, 2009.

We’ve added versioning to our API calls. Previous non-versioned calls will be supported until the end of 2009.

  • 10/03/09 – Added slope of Kscore history.
  • 14/02/09 – URL’s no longer returned as tags for User Profile Method. Created new Profile Request Method.
  • 11/08/09 – Added new score-only API entry point.

  • 12/04/09 – Added a new version 1.0 profile detail endpoint.
  • 12/05/09 – Added new Terms of Service.
  • 12/07/09 – For profiledetail, changed the names of network_value to network_score and amp_score to amplification_score. Added “kscore_descriptor” element to describe klout score.
  • 02/26/10 – Added JSON output to the “profiledetail” call.
  • 03/09/10 – Added JSON output and JSON post types to all calls where applicable. Created new Klout score method to allow quick retrieval of single or multiple Klout scores.
